Book of Ra Free Games and Features
Book of Ra has one bonus: three or more books trigger ten free games. A random regular symbol expands across whole reels and pays on every line. The feature can retrigger. Around it sit the gamble button and, since 2026, a Buy Bonus edition.
Trigger
Three, four or five books pay 2×, 20× or 200× the bet and start ten free games at the same bet and lines.
The expanding symbol, in dollars
| Symbol | Minimum | Five full reels, ten lines | On a $1 bet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explorer | 2 | 5,000× | $5,000 |
| Mask | 2 | 2,000× | $2,000 |
| Statue, scarab | 2 | 750× | $750 |
| A, K | 3 | 150× | $150 |
| Q, J, 10 | 3 | 100× | $100 |
Magic, deluxe 6, gamble and Buy Bonus
Magic can, according to Novomatic, pick up to nine expanding symbols; deluxe 6 with Extra Bet keeps a sixth reel live in the feature. The gamble doubles on the right color, and the Buy Bonus (since February 2026, 100× the bet) starts the free games at once under the same rules — if your casino offers it.
